These sessions also provide a calm environment to ease common discomforts like back pain, swelling, and stress, supporting both you and your changing body. No prior yoga experience is needed—our classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to meet the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum. Join our supportive community of mums and mums-to-be and nurture yourself during this beautiful journey. Bring a mat, water bottle, and any props (like a pillow or block) for added comfort.
