Founder of Mama Time Yoga
I’m Charlotte, a pre & postnatal yoga and mindfulness teacher. I’m also a mother of three myself. I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2017. After having my son in 2019, I realised that my yoga and mindfulness practices that had kept me feeling so good before and during pregnancy were even more essential to my physical and mental health as a new mother, but my time was more limited than ever.
After completing extensive pre and postnatal yoga training and through trial and error of my own practices, I’ve learned so much about the tools and strategies that actually work to help mothers feel their best and improve their wellbeing.
I’m so passionate about helping other women implement these practices into their lives so they can thrive in life and motherhood.
