Founder of Mama Time Yoga

Charlotte has been practicing yoga for over twelve years and teaching for over five. ​After having her son in November 2019,  Charlotte realised that her yoga practices that had kept her feeling so good before and during pregnancy were even more essential to her physical and mental health as a new mother, but her time was more limited than ever. Sitting up early one morning with her baby, she realised that she needed the support of the classes she took during pregnancy much more now than she did then and if she was feeling this way, many other women must be feeling the same. She thought, what if there was a program to support women through pregnancy and after? A program that helped women establish practices of mindful movement, breath work and mediation during pregnancy that allowed them to practice from home at anytime so they could make a regular habit and connect women with a community of other women in the same stages of life. From that moment, Mama Time Yoga was born.

Charlotte is passionate about all things yoga, pregnancy, parenting, supporting women to live their best lives and is looking forward to helping you enjoy the journey of motherhood.

Motherhood is beautiful chaos and we’re here for you through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Many of us are experiencing the same struggles and when we’re honest and vulnerable with each other, we can truly support one another.

Our community is for ALL pregnant women and mothers. We are here to support complete yoga beginners to experienced practitioners, women in all parts of the world and women who aren’t sure they fit into the “yogi” stereotype. No matter where you come from and what you look like, you will be welcomed with open arms.

We remember to have fun! So much around pregnancy and motherhood can feel heavy, but it's important to laugh along the way.
