Hi, I'm Charlotte

I'm a pre & postnatal yoga and mindfulness teacher. I’m also a mother of three myself. I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2017. After having my son in 2019, I realised that my yoga and mindfulness practices that had kept me feeling so good before and during pregnancy were even more essential to my physical and mental health as a new mother, but my time was more limited than ever.


After completing extensive pre and postnatal yoga training and through trial and error of my own practices, I’ve learned so much about the tools and strategies that actually work to help mothers feel their best and improve their wellbeing. 

 

I’m so passionate about helping other women implement these practices into their lives so they can thrive in life and motherhood.

FAQs

1. Do I have to have previous experience in yoga and mindfulness

No! This program is for all experience levels

2. Can I participate if I’m pregnant?

The course isn’t designed specifically for pregnancy. However, if you are pregnant and would still like to join, please let me know via email (hello@mamatimeyoga.com) and we can discuss modifications for you to practice safely.

3. Are the weekly practices flexible?

Yes! They are given to you on specific days, but you can do them when it suits you best during the week. We’ll also discuss how to find pockets of time to ensure you get them in.

4. Are the weekly calls recorded?

Yes! They will be sent out via email the following day if you were not able to attend.

5. How much time will the course take each week?

  • Module lessons - 15 - 20 minutes each week

  • Guided practices

    • ​3 x 15 minute guided practices

    • 1 x 2-5 minute guided practice

  • Live calls - 30 - 40 minutes each week

6. Can I do the practices with my baby or older children?

Some practices can be done with your baby or older children and some are designed to give you some much needed time to yourself.

7. Is there a money back guarantee?

If you have completed each session and practice and are still unhappy, you can get a full refund after 14 days of purchase/starting the course.
